Meet My Team

I always thought that a business manager would be a great person to have. That person would take a huge portion of my work load away by taking care of the follow up calls, data entry, writing ads and doing a lot of the day to day routine things that lengthen my days.

I was looking for somebody that had management skills, was detail oriented, dependable and willing to work long hours for very little money. Guess what! No one applied for the job. Imagine that. I didn't realize that the perfect candidate was out in the garage, changing the oil in his truck. He had retired from police work as an administrator with over seventy employees, and by nature was detailed and organized.

My husband Mike, like me, does not mind hard work and complains very little about long hours. As a matter of fact, he is normally working when I leave for the office and is still at it when I get home at night. More than once, I've had to tell him to stop working and come outside to watch the sun set.

That's the up side. The down side is that although Mike has taken on more and more tasks for me, he's also pushed me harder than anyone else could have. That's why, as a team, we are unbeatable. He just won't let me quit.

Mike will tell you he's the boss and I will tell you that I am. We never agree on that, but if the truth be known, the real boss is the furry kid in the center of the picture above. That's Sasha and she rules the roost. She tells us when to get up, when it's meal time and often she tells to go to bed already.
