The Welsh Team

I always thought that a business manager would be a great person to have.  That person would take a huge portion of my work load away by taking care of follow up calls, data entry, writing ads and doing a lot of the day to day routine things that lengthen my days.

I was looking for somebody that had management skills, was detail oriented, dependable and willing to work long hours for very little money.   I didn’t realize that the perfect candidate was my husband Mike.  He retired from police work as the Chief Deputy of the Green County Sheriff’s Department in Wisconsin.  He had directed over seventy employees, by nature had to be detailed and organized.  Mike now directs my marketing and oversees our web presence, as well as anything else I can think of to keep him from being idle.

We are very proud to announce Daryl Sims to the Welsh Team. Daryl will be working mostly with our buyers. As a native of the Tennessee Valley he is very familiar with the area and very eager to help buyers find a place to call home. He has all the qualities we look for in a buyer’s agent, with integrity and a honest business practice that our sellers and buyers have come to expect. We are very excited to have Daryl on our Team and we can’t wait for you to meet him in person we are sure you will agree Daryl is a great addition to our team.

Anna Ritcheycomes to us with an extensive resume in real estate management and we are extremely proud and excited at her addition to our team. Anna is the former office manager for the Cleveland office of Prudential Realty Center and is going to put a capital “S” in service for the Welsh Team! Anna is a former real estate agent and, although she was very successful at that endeavor, she decided that she loved the management and technical side of the business more than the selling and listing aspect. Anna brings knowledge of the real estate business, a lifetime of people experience, and a strong desire to represent our clients to the best of her ability. She holds the enormous responsibility of ensuring that our listing and purchasing clients are fully informed throughout the closing process and will work closely with Cherie to make sure that nothing is left undone in the service of our clients.

That’s it for now, that’s the whole team, although we hope to continue to grow more in the not-too-distant future. We now have a vast amount of experience, a wide variety of skills, and the common denominator of being committed to Value Added Service to all of our clients.
